Yohali Tapia-Barillas

My name is Lesbia Yohali Tapia-Barillas, but I prefer to go by my middle name, Yohali. I am a very hard-working person, and I have a lot of dedication. I am someone who does not give up, and I am very fast-paced. I've worked two jobs, which have helped me learn how to talk to people and how to work in a fast environment. I definitely think that these experiences have led me to become a more talkative person and also allowed me to learn how to properly do things while also working fast.

Junk Removal Assistant at LT Junk Removal Services LLC (2023-01 – Present)

I used to help my dad clean houses, garages, and do yard work. I would often work every day after school and on weekends. This job involved a lot of communication especially with customers, and it also taught me how to work in a fast-paced environment.

Food Preparation and Cashier at Snack Bar- Reedley High School (2024-08 – 2025-05)

I would prepare food and pass the food to the cashiers at the windows. I also work the cashier at times, but I was mostly preparing food and handing it to people. It was a fast-paced job because we had to get everyone before lunch ended. It also allowed me to get a food handler card.

Certified Nursing Assistant at CNA-Palm Village (2024-08 – 2025-05)

I would take care of patients with any of their needs. Such as feeding, providing hygiene, and changing their clothes.

Farm Labor at Cardenas Farm Labor Inc (2026-06 – 2026-08)

I packed and sorted out fruit. This job was seasonal for the summer; that's why I had to leave. Fast-paced and worked full time for the summer. It also involved a lot of teamwork and helping each other out to complete filling pallets for fruit boxes.
