Something that I want to improve on is gaining clinical experience in the operating room. My professor recommended to take a pause and get more experience as a perfusion assistant and come back to the program as a second year. I am interested in this position because it gives me the opportunity to work closely with perfusionists in a real OR setting.
Also, in general, I am good at speaking English however in the dynamic operating room its been difficult so I would like to improve my communication skills as well before I go on rotations. I am available to work for at least one year and I can immediately start the work as soon as possible.
