Welding - Welding trailers, doing repairs, such as fixing broken welds, replacing brackets, making them safer for users and drivers towing the trailers.
Powder coating - Powder coating parts in mass for trailers going out the doors, knowing how to lay the powder down right, get it even, and not overbake it.
Online CNC design, includes making the parts, getting them sorted as they come off the table, testing the parts and making changes, and hearing what my coworkers would like changed about them.

Welding - building curbs from just walls to putting the guts in the curbs.
Insulation - putting insulation into the curbs to keep moisture out and keep the cool air held in.
Truck loader - loading the curbs into box trucks and on flat bed trucks making sure they are sealed for water and are safe to go down the road to the customer ready to go onto buildings.
Folder - folding the sheet metal to give to the welders to be put together, having to know fractions and read blue prints to make sure the folds are in the right place and at the right angle.
Laser operator - loading files into the computer and running the programs, know what the different gage metal is by look and feel, sorting the metal with the right kits to give to the folders to be folded.

Welding aluminum pontoon boats, do a lot of Tig welding and push pull mig, reading blueprints and building the pontoon tubes, working with someone else practicing teamwork everyday and communicating what we have to get done for the day and the month goal.
