Zach Bopst

Craft bartender with extensive experience in the service industry. I am very passionate about any crafts within hospitality. I love and appreciate winemaking, mixology and cuisine. I pride myself on being personable with guests and having the ability to meet them where they are with their preferences and palette. I work well with others and am a team player within any department of the restaurant.

I began as a dishwasher for a deli when I was 15. I progressed into leadership roles within the deli and moved into fine dining quickly. I began falling in love with wine and educating myself on anything related to wine and cocktails. I love finding the perfect drink for a guest. As an employee, I get along with everyone I work with. I respect those around me and have always had a deep gratitude for the hard work individuals offer to help with the collective.
