US Navy Submarine Veteran and Electrician

5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience and an extensive background in technical systems across multiple industries.

My skills includes hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining critical electrical systems in cement production facilities, where I've successfully completed plant-wide shutdowns, replaced 480v and 4160v motors, and upgraded drive and control systems. My achievements include attaining "A" Electrician status within just six months and being appointed as lead over maintenance teams during daily operations.

My technical foundation was established during my five years as a Missile Technician in the U.S. Navy, where I maintained complex electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems aboard ballistic submarines. This experience instilled in me exceptional attention to detail, procedural discipline, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated:

Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems

Expertise with motors, controllers, and variable frequency drives

Precise work with PLC systems and automation controls

Unwavering commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technical environments. My diverse technical background across military, industrial, and manufacturing environments has prepared me to handle the unique challenges of your operation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

My educational background combines extensive military technical training with civilian academic achievements. I've earned military qualifications including my Submarine Quality Assurance Inspector certification, Fire Control Advanced Maintenance, and multiple missile technology programs which I completed with high academic performance. I hold an Industrial Maintenance Certificate from North East Wisconsin Technical College, which I earned with a 3.8 GPA.

I've supplemented my technical education with Computer Science coursework at Portland State University, my Paramedic Diploma, and my Associate's Degree in Fire Protection from Gateway Technical College, demonstrating my commitment to continuous professional development across diverse technical fields.
