- Answer emails, and phone calls and assist customer with any technical questions. This could range from installation questions, to trouble shooting why the headlights might be having an issue.
- Often these cases can go on for a couple of days, so I also keep in contact with the customer until the issue is resolved.
- I would also be responsible for assisting extremely angry customers and would diffuse the situation. Along with training new hires and helping them learn the headlights and the functions

- Demonstrate and fully explain any and all features of the vehicle they were interested in, answer all questions they had about the car, and collect payment for sale.
