Operate a 1600 ton Hydraulic Hot Press
Operate a shear to produce billets to Job specifications for correct billet weight.
Shift communications with previous shifts lead operator or technician.
Check schedule for up coming Job orders and change overs.
Preform Change overs on both press and shear.
Over see duties Done by team member (operator).
Train new employees for up to 3 weeks Training includes filling out a daily production sheets to final product and performing change overs.
Quality of product and of press tooling.
Reading blue prints and checking in process parts.
Record and adjust graphite moisture.
Preform daily pm's on press and forklift.
Operate forklift through out shift and keep inventory control.
Provide daily updates and address concerns to technician in an end of shift meetings.
Be able to troubleshoot and solve issues within reasonable time.

Use calipers and numerous gaging equipment.
Change tooling and assist any press during down time exceeding 15 minutes.
