I started in 2020 working W-2 as a loan officer for 2 years. Pounding the phone, trying to get a deal. Afterwards, I began working for my self as a mortgage broker. I found more joy in being able to control the entire transaction. I’ve learned how to work as a non delegated or delegated lender. I also manage my own systems and CRM. Buying my own leads and using my software to reach them.
I am passionate about the gym. I have always gone to the gym everyday for the last 12 years, with two rest days. The gym and business are both very similar, if you can exceed in one, you will exceed in the other.
Before mortgages, I was in sales. I have always been an excellent sales person. I like to advise my clients, I don’t sell any one. I advise, ask questions and provide solution.
It’s been a great journey, I still work for myself. I am my own manager And CEO. I am a DBA Of nexa mortgage named, good people lending. I offer creative financing ranging from DSCR no income investment to commercial gas stations. I know almost every lender and program, I currently have access to 265 banks.
5 years, 2 years W-2 pounding the phones, looking for a deal. Now three years completely solo. Managing my own systems, paying for my leads, even processing my own payroll.
