• Assisted an estimated 40 fathers and daughters for the father-daughter dance by protecting their coats from outside rain and wind as well as directing the guests to the gym where the dance is held
• Provided customer service to the 40 attending guests by protecting their coats from the rain in an orderly fashion, which allowed them to drop off their coats and pick them up in an instant. Demonstrated the ability to manage and work with multiple groups of people at once
• Demonstrated skills of time management and customer service by directing guests to the right room before the dance started and responding to all of their questions about the event, allowing the event to be a success

Student Volunteer - Hamilton Southeastern High School - Fishers, IN

• Organized the largest color guard competition in the state of Indiana during November of 2018
• Coordinated with up to 5 different catering services to ensure the food for the event arrived at the proper place at the proper time.
• Negotiated with food catering services to bring the total food costs for the event down to less than 300 dollars from originally 500 dollars and communicated with other organizers to notify them when the food will arrive, strengthening negotiation skills in the process
