Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows / macOS operating systems and standard applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Support email configuration (Outlook), VPN access, and remote access tools.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches).
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Provide on-site and remote support as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
