As a Recruiter, my responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process for various positions within the organization. I collaborate with hiring managers to understand and align different roles, being in charge of the end-to-end process. Throughout each stage, I maintain open communication with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience for all involved.
My ultimate goal is not only to hire top talent but also to create a great candidate experience :)
I obtained my degree in psychology from the Public University in Uruguay.
