Lead the Knowledge Transfer process for SCM Procurement Operations. Responsible for loading Purchase information in the platform. Provide product training to internal / external customers. Wrote SOPs explaining step by step the different procedures to follow including creation of Purchase Orders, Catalog Management and multiple support specifications.
Be responsible for customer's email requests related to Purchase Orders information and/or questions about purchases previously loaded into the system. Ensure timely adherence to pre-established SLAs.
