Full Stack Developer

• About Verstack
• Verstack builds custom software and AI for companies in Uzbekistan and abroad: business systems, web and mobile apps, AI models and data platforms. Our work includes a warehouse and procurement system live at a construction company, a data platform for up to 8,000 real-time users, and AI research published in IEEE Internet of Things Journal. We are a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan.

What you'll do

• Analyze requirements, design systems and develop in Python and JavaScript, including AI development
• Develop, test and maintain scalable software solutions
• Build APIs and integrate different software systems
• Use asynchronous programming to improve application performance
• Integrate and test Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
• Diagnose and fix technical issues and optimize performance
• Do code reviews and ensure code quality
• Work independently and with the team, and help define technical requirements together with clients
• Prepare technical documentation and help team members

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years of professional software development experience
• Solid knowledge of Python and JavaScript
• Experience with asynchronous programming
• Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI and LLMs
• Understanding of RAG and databases
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good time and priority management
• Good communication and teamwork

Nice to have

FastAPI, Pydantic, Azure or other cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, LangGraph and AI agents, MCP and A2A, .NET
