Project Description

We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with users and taking ownership of delivering high-quality Angular web and Progressive Web Applications. This role combines software quality assurance with application support, ensuring a comprehensive testing framework that covers various aspects of software quality while being a key contact point for support requests and driving issues through to resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner: Work side by side with the PO, developers, UX/UI experts, and other KWS teams to understand requirements, check them for testability, and define clear testing goals.
• Create and execute tests: Design and maintain test cases in Azure Test Plans, and run regression, UI, End-to-End, and exploratory testing within the sprint cycle.
• Improve the testing process: Review and optimize test cases, take part in story grooming and test effort estimation, and keep test and system documentation up to date.
• Own the support queue: Be the main gatekeeper for support tickets, triaging and routing each issue, and agree on severity and urgency levels with the Product Owner.
• Investigate and report issues: Analyze reported problems, reproduce defects, gather missing details from users, and write clear, detailed bug reports.
• Drive issues to resolution: Follow up with users, the PO, and developers until each ticket is closed, and track recurring issues to propose improvements.

Requirements:

• Mid+ hands-on experience in QA Engineering and Application Support
• Experience with 1st and 2nd level support and ticket management
• Solid experience with manual and regression testing
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure Test Plans
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance user needs and business priorities
• Test automation experience, ideally with Playwright
