Founder and Developer at Ishchi Bormi (2026 – Present)

A marketplace that connects employers with workers for daily and monthly jobs in Uzbekistan. Built and run alone, from design to production.

• Built the Flutter mobile app and published it on Google Play: phone login with OTP, job listings, job posting, applications and notifications.
• Wrote the Go REST API on MongoDB that serves the mobile app, the website and the admin panel.
• Built the public website in Next.js and a Flutter admin panel for moderating users and listings.
• Designed every screen in Figma first, including loading, empty and error states, then implemented them in code.
• Deployed the backend to a Linux VPS, with production releases triggered from GitHub.
• Covered key screens with widget and golden tests.
