About

SAJID KHAN received the B.S. degree in telecom engineering from FAST-NUCES University, Pakistan, in 2011, and the M.S. leading to Ph.D. degrees in electronics and communication engineering from Hanyang University, Ansan, South Korea, in 2017.

From 2011 to 2012, he was a Software Engineer with Gameview Studios, Pakistan. From 2017 to 2022, he served as an Assistant Professor with the Computer Science Department, Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur. Since 2022, he has been as an Associate Professor and Head of the Computer Science Department, Central Asian University, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. His research interests include biomedical image processing and Deep Learning. Dr. Khan is a member of Pakistan Engineering Council. He was awarded scholarships for B.S. and M.S. leading Ph.D. by ministry of ICT Pakistan and HEC, respectively.

Education

During PhD, I worked on several projects related to Image Super-resolution, Image denoising, and Image Segmentation. Nowadays, I am working on a few projects related to the Biomedical Image Processing. I am using techniques of Deep Learning and Image Processing for such projects.
