Your Main

Missions

Technical Leadership

Design the overall system architecture.

Define technology direction and establish software development standards.

Review system architecture, source code, database design, and technical documentation.

Ensure system quality, performance, scalability, and security.

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.

System Development

Participate in the design and development of software systems based on Microservices Architecture.

Build RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, and integrations with third-party systems.

Design scalable, highly available, and maintainable systems.

Contribute to the implementation of best practices and modern software engineering principles.

Technical Project Management

Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and clients.

Manage technical backlogs, assign tasks, and monitor team progress.

Support the resolution of complex technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance

Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and CI/CD practices.

Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with security, logging, monitoring, and performance standards. Job Requirements

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Java software development.

Prior experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead is preferred.

Experience delivering large-scale projects with teams of 20+ members is a strong advantage.

Backend

Strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, RESTful APIs, OAuth2/JWT, Maven, and Gradle.

Hands-on experience with Microservices, API Gateway, Service Discovery, Distributed Caching (Redis), Message Queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Frontend

Proficient in Angular or ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Responsive Design.

Ability to build Single Page Applications (SPA) and optimize frontend performance.

Database

Experience working with Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one or more of the following qualifications will be highly preferred:

Experience participating in Government, Ministry-level, Public Sector, or National Digital Transformation projects.

Experience implementing document management systems, electronic records systems, big data platforms, or enterprise integration platforms.

Knowledge of information security standards and cybersecurity requirements in government systems.

Experience integrating with e-Government platforms and services such as SSO, LGSP, NGSP, Digital Signature, and Electronic Identity Verification.

Experience working directly with government clients and handling complex business requirements.

AI Experience (Strong Advantage)

Candidates with experience applying AI technologies in software development will be highly preferred, including:

Using AI Coding Assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

Leveraging AI to improve development productivity, code review processes, and technical documentation.

Integrating LLMs and AI APIs into enterprise applications.

Building Chatbots, AI Agents, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Prompt Engineering.

Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Workflows, and Agentic AI is a significant advantage.
