• *Role Overview:**

We’re seeking a Cross‑Platform Mobile Developer to build high‑quality mobile experiences using React Native. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features end‑to‑end, optimize performance, and ensure a seamless user experience across iOS and Android.

• *IMPORTANT NOTE:**

This role is specifically with our client (Australian FinTech) and NOT with Automation Consulting.

The scope of work is focused on payment platform development and does NOT include any

GenAI development work.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

● Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

● Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, manage offline storage, and handle secure authentication flows.

● Optimize app performance, monitor crash reports, and improve reliability.

● Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision‑making.

● Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and app store release processes.

● Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

● Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver intuitive, user‑friendly features.

• *Requirements:**

● Professional experience building and shipping

• *React Native**

apps in production.

● Strong knowledge of

• *JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native)**

● Familiarity with state management (Redux, Provider, Zustand).[WS1]

● Experience with native modules and bridging to iOS/Android when needed.

● Understanding of mobile UI/UX guidelines and accessibility best practices.

● Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Buildkite), and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Maestro).

● Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs

● Familiarity with monitoring tools (Firebase, Sentry, HyperDX)

• *Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

● Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

• *Nice to have:**

● Experience with Push notifications, deep linking, and in‑app purchases.

● Knowledge of performance optimisation and memory management.

● Familiarity with Firebase, Crashlytics, and analytics tools.

● Prior experience in Payments or Banking.
