Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking experienced REMOTE Senior Software Engineers to join our expanding engineering team.

You will work on high-impact, scalable applications in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of modern, high-performance software solutions FOR OUR CLIENT . This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver business requirements
• Build and integrate APIs, services, and user interfaces with a focus on performance, security, and usability
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in production environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and developer experience
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience in at least one stack: React, React Native OR .NET, or Java (Spring Boot)
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or similar)
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum environments
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI / Machine Learning
• Background in finance, banking, insurance, or e-commerce domains
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
• Experience working in international or client-facing environments

Working Hours & Compensation

• Working Time: 9 AM – 6 PM (Vietnam Time)
• 12 days of annual leave per year plus Vietnamese public holidays
• Salary paid in NET (USD)
