Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience or above levels.
• At least 2 years of experience as System Technical Program Manager, Pixel Phone or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years of industry experience.
• Direct project experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or a Master's degree in a related field of study.
• 10 years of direct experience working and managing international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) partners.
• Excellent track record in managing a cross-functional team to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield, and cost.
• Ability to travel frequently (30% or more).

You will be able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment, as you work with teams to solve problems that gate production line operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations side of large scope projects from initial builds through ramp and serve as technical lead in resolving complex issues during bring-up and life of the product.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers (manufacturing, design for excellence, test, quality engineering, supply base engineering, etc.) and others in the development and support of new product introductions.
• Be the operational technical lead in communicating project readiness. Identify, prioritize and manage key technical changes and risks of a given product; ensure all technical risks associated with a product are identified and closed or mitigated to enable the quality ramp of a product.
• Review and submit all equipment requirement plans, along with an assessment of the robustness of the solution.
• Serve as the senior technical advisor for the product line for the end-to-end life cycle of the product.
