Staff Software Engineer at Sorare (2022-11 – Present)

Global fantasy sports & NFT platform ($680M Series B). Promoted from Senior to Staff (Feb 2025).

• Raised conversion from 2% to 4% through A/B testing, signup-flow optimization, and iterating on core product flows.
• Defined a routing standard adopted codebase-wide, cutting navigation boilerplate and helping engineers ship features faster.
• Drove major framework upgrades and performance work — React 19, TypeScript 6, react-router v6, React Compiler enablement, bundle-size reduction, promoted web performance, React patterns, and data-loading best practices.
• Built dev tooling and reliability infra: type-safe analytics, Sentry performance monitoring, bundle-size budgeting tool, and a migration to Vitest browser tests with a large flaky-test cleanup.
• Launched Colors Set — a new game mode for the 2026 World Cup. $6M revenue and counting.
• Built internal tooling for AI-assisted development workflow — sharpening the loop with context management, skills, verifications, and assisted tools.

Founding Engineer, Lead Frontend at Octo (2020-09 – 2022-11)

Consumer mobile.

• As the company's first hire, built the mobile app from scratch in React Native, scaling to 100k DAU.
• Built hands-on integration with Solana smart contracts to support NFT & crypto launches.
• Led and mentored 2 junior engineers through structured 1:1s and code review.
• Owned technical interview design and hiring process for frontend roles.

Lead Frontend Engineer at IZBERG (2016-08 – 2020-09)

Enterprise marketplace SaaS. Promoted to Lead (Jun 2018).

• Migrated 100% of the codebase from Backbone.js to React over 2 years.
• Built an in-house OAuth & OpenID service from scratch.
• Grew the frontend team from 2 to 4 — designed the interview technical test, ran hiring and onboarding.
