I developed a customer classification mechanism based on the Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) model to manage and update new customers, classify potential future customers, and identify lost and at-risk customers, thereby providing direction for the Sales department. Additionally, I re-evaluate existing customers who have purchased additional SKUs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. I have also automated several time-consuming processes, such as updating customer information and classifying customers, using Python.
