• Developed RFID badge copying machines and key duplication machines.
• Maintained and developed photobooth systems deployed in China, Singapore, Japan, France and Australia (healthcare, skin analysis), plus products for the Paris Olympics.

• Integrated Nayax, Verifone, Castles and NapIOB payment devices (Japanese banknote and coin acceptors) into the machines.

• Deployed automated gates for Tan Cang Logistics (Kho Van Tan Cang), HICT and TCIT.
• Technologies: Backend: Python, FastAPI, SQL Server. Frontend: Django. AI: Detectron2, LabelMe/CVAT, YOLOv8, PaddleOCR.
• Results:
• Tan Cang Logistics automated gate: OCR accuracy of 98%; fully resolved traffic congestion at the depot; contactless pass-through for drivers; fully automatic gate-in.
• TCIT/HICT automated gate (POC phase): OCR accuracy of 97% for truck and trailer numbers, 98% for container numbers, 90% for container information and 98% for hazard labels.

Technical Architect, Project Lead – Reefer Container Management System (RCMS), Cat Lai Port at Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) (2018-11 – 2023-11)

• Designed the architecture of a real-time container monitoring system.

• Integrated with the RTE system (USA).
• Result: Covers 100% of containers at Cat Lai Port (except Wanhai and Maersk containers, which already have their own management systems); ended cases of containers missing their vessel because of reefer temperature drops; reduced manual monitoring technicians by 90%.
