My name is Ho Thanh Hien, I am Majoring International Business from the University of Finance and Marketing in Ho Chi Minh City. I have 1 year of experience in Sales logistics.

Experience

• Looking for new customers, advising on services, product policies, customs procedures and taking care of current customers.
• Receive sets of documents as Invoice, Packing List, C/O, DO, Bill of Lading, and support the documentation department to complete import and export procedures for goods and services.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries/local/export orders efficiently by processing information regarding freight forwarders accurately and in a timely manner to both internal & external customers.
• Prepare and manage export-import documentation for international shipments.
• Coordinate with the docs, cus teams to ensure orders are proceed on time and in full and resolve any issues
• Contact transportation and order delivery vehicles according to plan. Arranging delivery vehicles from each port to the warehouse, handling problems that arise during the transportation process to the warehouse for customers.
• Monthly tracking orders and collecting shipping debt.
