• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, welcoming customers during factory visits in Vietnam.
• Identify the customer's predicted needs and ensure that the output meets the customer's demand.
• Manage order processing: receive orders, input data into the system, and coordinate layouts/orders for production.
