I have over 16 years of tutoring and students in English writing. At UC Berkeley, I worked as a tutor, aiding students in prompt deconstruction; I broke down academic instructions, supported them in building essays, and facilitated schemata through elicitation. I focused heavily on the scaffolding pedagogy.

As an ECE master's candidate, my philosophy on teaching is from a holistic approach. The development of a lesson plan and outcome is student focused. The objective is to assess the learning needs of the students through observation and assessment tools before building the curriculum.
