Full-stack Developer at HUTECH University (Self-employed/Solo Project) (2024-07 – 2024-12)

Built an online admission management system for HUTECH University, including a public admission portal and an admin dashboard for staff operations.

• Developed the frontend using React 18, Vite, Tailwind CSS, React Router, Axios, with responsive UI, dark mode, SEO optimization, and animated user experience.
• Implemented key user features such as online application submission, result lookup, scholarship/consultation registration, FAQ, contact page, and profile management.
• Built the admin dashboard with charts, application review workflow, reporting, FAQ management, and system settings.
• Developed the backend with Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, JWT, bcryptjs, Nodemailer, Multer, and Express Validator for authentication, file upload, email automation, and data validation.
• Applied role-based access control, protected routes, auto-save forms, custom hooks, demo mode fallback, logging, and code splitting to improve usability and maintainability.
• Designed and managed database modules for users, applications, admission results, scholarships, consultations, notifications, device sessions, and activity logs.
• Deployed the frontend on Vercel and configured local backend development with concurrent frontend-backend execution.
