Hardware Developer at Digital Microfluidics (DMF) (2025-02 – 2025-10)

Designed and developed a 128-electrode Digital Microfluidics (DMF) platform for droplet manipulation based on EWOD principles.

Designed dual-layer PCB and high-voltage driver circuitry using HV507 and MAX1771 boost converter (~221V).
Implemented serial-based electrode control firmware on Arduino Pro Micro with coordinate-to-HVOUT mapping.
Built modular stacked-PCB architecture for easier debugging and hardware validation.
Verified system operation using oscilloscope measurements and real droplet movement experiments.

Hardware Engineer at Personal Project (2024-11 – 2025-01)

Designed and built a product counting system using photodiode and IR emitter for object detection.

Processed signals using LM358 to generate stable pulses for counting.
Implemented counting logic using 74LS90 and displayed results via 74LS47.
Achieved reliable counting from 00 to 19 with automatic rollover and reset function.
Verified stable operation on both simulation (Proteus) and real hardware with consistent counting results.

Developed an AIoT-based flood monitoring system using ESP32, LoRa, MQTT, and Jetson Nano for real-time environmental monitoring.

Designed sensor nodes for water level, temperature, and humidity acquisition with low-power operation and remote communication.
Designed and fabricated custom PCB for sensor nodes, optimizing for form factor and noise reduction.
Implemented MQTT-based gateway and real-time dashboard for monitoring, visualization, and alert management.
Integrated edge AI processing for anomaly detection and flood risk prediction.
