• Responsible for all FCL Shipments: Get competitive prices, submit booking, handle the goods until these ones are on board, track the payment and also other related operations.
• Solve all troubles in the process of handling FCL Shipment.
• Effectively fixing issues to enhance customer satification and minimize any customer complains.
• To create manual reports to control weekly operation well.
• Sale Oversea: Introduce, consult Logistics Service, answer customer questions inquiries for agent in foreign countries, especially FCL sea freight.

• Price negotiation for LCL and FCL shipments with import routes from EU and USA to Vietnam
• Seeking for cooperation with overseas agent in EU and USA to expand the network.
