Manh Tran

I am creative, hard-working, and detail-oriented:

• I keep finding new more efficient solutions for a problem.
• I always try to get things done with the highest quality in the given timeline.
• I am a careful person who always thinks twice when making decisions at work.

I am introverted but open-minded with sharing and feedback:

• I am a reserved person who doesn't enjoy crowded parties. I prefer an easy talk with tea or coffee rather than a feast.
• I would like straight and direct feedback which is to solve specific problems. Because I am not perfect and there are always things that need to be improved, I accept every straight complaint.

People seem to love confiding in me. I do not know why. Maybe because I prefer listening and I don't keep other's personal stories in mind.

In my daily life, I love football, music and healthy food.
