• Engineered and launched Business Analytics Agent (owner-facing) - crafted structured prompts with tool-selection rules and few-shot examples for dual-flow business reporting and strategic advice; integrated report APIs for statistics, anomaly detection, and strategic recommendations
• Deployed both agents on DigitalOcean AI Platform; collaborated with BA, backend, and QA on requirements gathering, API specs, and iterative optimization
