• Auxiliaries and Additives Management (Site and System): Managed and monitored auxiliaries and additives in the production process. •  Brewhouse Operations: Operated at the brewhouse, ensuring efficient production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in accordance with 5S and HACCP standards.

• Led the team to reduce errors and downtime in the brewhouse area, increasing the mean time between assists from 40 minutes to 6 hours using the PDCA method.
•  Participated in Leadership team meetings and reported the team’s results to the board of directors in English.
•  Led the "Relocated AntonParr and Aber" project, responsible for the mechanical design and installation at the site. Collaborated with the automation team to implement a fully automated system that ensures timely and accurate control of fermentation parameters.

• Operated in beer transfer by tanker, brewhouse, beer fermentation and beer filtration areas.
•  Conducted sampling and analysis of physico-chemical, microbiological, and sensory parameters during various stages of beer production.
•  Participated in energy and microbiology reduction teams.
