Driving sustainability initiatives based on environmental data analysis and industry trend updates.

Creating the GHG database from 2020 to the present to help achieve a 20% GHG reduction in Scope 1 by 2030
Conducting the ZHDC wastewater testing for discharge wastewater.
Monitoring air emissions and wastewater quarterly and ensured compliance with legal requirements regarding sampling.

Labor and Safety Compliance:

Ensuring strict compliance with international standards (ISO), Vietnamese laws (Environmental Law, Labor Safety, Chemicals, Fire Prevention) and customer’s outstanding standards (Patagonia, Bestseller, Muji, Tendam, UnAvailable, G-III)
Ensuring human rights policies (Forced labor, Child labor, Non-Discrimination, Harrasment and Abuse, Freedom of Association and Collective bargaining; Compensation) are implemented through annual training and internal audit.
Implementing the internal audits of safety, chemical management, and social compliance.
Playing a significant role in the business's social compliance initiatives, including SMETA, BetterWork, and Fairtrade USA.
Leading all external audits and implement the CAPs and improvement plans.
Managing incident data via Excel and visualizing the dashboard via power BI.

Developing content and directly providing training on CoC, environment for all employees, new employees and contractors working at the factory.
Organizing the monthly meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Council to discuss, resolve outstanding issues and propose solutions.
Develop and implement propaganda content to raise awareness about safety and environment throughout the factory.
Training for all employees and the management board twice a year about waste classification and management.

Administration:

Assessing the capabilities of suppliers for training, equipment testing, and environmental measurements.
Evaluating training needs, identify target groups, create training plans, and ensure the training program proceeds as scheduled.
Making service contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with factory regulations and proper legal documentation, and making payments according to contract terms.
