• Developing custom Odoo modules to integrate with e-commerce platforms: TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada usingtheir APIs. Proficient in designing and implementing API connections for seamless data synchronization of products,pricing, inventory, order details, shipping information, payment data, and order status updates between Odoo andthese platforms.

• TIS (11-22-Now) Develop and maintain features on modules in ODOO 15:

• ERP School Management(Master Data): Creating and managing datatables, fields, forms, views, cron, and intermodule logic: Campus, Year, Course, Class, Student, Parent, Level, Grade, Health Care, etc...
• CRM and CRM tools: Including implementing email automation, result notifications, cron, and data validation tools - de-duplication for partner and phone number checks.
• Sale: Generating report-Fee,Quotation,Sale report; Auto send email; Developing a system for automatically calculating annual fees based on specific criteria.
• HRM: Managing payroll based on teaching hours, tracking employee work schedules, and customizing forms with role-based permissions.
• Security and Data import: Creating user groups, rules, assigning permissions, and developing data import templates to ensure smooth data transfer from legacy systems.
• Dashboards: Developing interactive dashboards and forms using Owl JS within Odoo, including creating a form for entering student scores and overall grades.
• Report(pdf, docs, excel): Utilizing Python libraries like docxtpl, xltpl, xlsxwriter, and openpyxl for generating reports on student performance and academic progress, tailoring them to specific requirements.
• API and Tools: Using FastAPI to develop for connecting school management systems with mobile applications. Researched and developed: widget to display images and PDFs directly within the Odoo interface; Tool tracking field One2many.

• Contact: Reproduce to the res_partner model, including adding new fields, customizing existing fields (if available), and redesigning the user interface
• Survey: Custom Survey modules, including adding new fields, new forms, override logic - controller start survey, sending survey emails, creating participations.
• Master Data: Creating and managing datatables, fields, forms, views, and inter-module logic: Class, Trainee, Trainer, Attendance, Working Schedule, Holidays, etc...
• Calendar: Custom modifications to the calendar_event model, add new type Calendar, redesigning the user interface, adding new logic: create calendar from Master data. Tools: Checkin-Checkout in form view, kanban view. Develop: Create participations for survey from Calendar.
• Report: Using Python libraries like xltpl and openpyxl to generate dynamic reports with variable column counts for Calendar and Survey User Input modules
• Security: Defining access rules, managing access rights for all models, customize the interface according to permissions, custom module base_user_role (def write role)
• Tools: Researching a solution to capture location coordinates upon check-in and calculate the distance between consecutive check-in locations. Using APIs and distance calculation algorithms to enhance the functionality of the system.

• CRM: Handle large datasets (over 4 million records) cron automatically sends emails to each sales team according to different conditions of lead, opportunity: about to expire, overdue, according to lead or oppo status, etc... Maintain the logic to calculate the expiration time of each lead or oppo using queryMaintain permissions for different roles and profiles: sales manager, function admin, sales marketing.

• Migrate to ODOO 17: Migrating educational modules: HRM, Sale, Payroll, CRM, Maintenance, Inventory, Purchase, Time_off - starting with develop based on the Edu Base modules in ODOO 16.
• Tools: Researching and Developing - using OWL JS: Read_only form view and button with action; Tracking field One2many, Many2many in Chatter
• Maintenance: Customized the maintenance_equipment module, integrating barcode functionality. Developed a new equipment module, providing a dedicated platform for managing equipment assets used in the maintenance module.
• Asset and Accounting: Report: Asset Book, template S21-DN Asset Book, template S22-DN Asset Book.
• Sale and Invoice: Report: Customer invoice & payment
• Integrated Owl JS-based web services: Custom dashboard using Components and data binding. Displaying student scores and timetable.
