• Order Processing: Receive customer orders and review specific requirements, including cutting specifications (diced, sliced, whole fruit), packaging requirements, and quality standards.
• Quotation & Negotiation: Coordinate with the Board of Directors to prepare and submit quotations based on raw material costs and production costs.
• Production Planning: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for the IQF production line according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Raw Material Coordination: Work closely with the Purchasing Department to ensure an adequate supply of fruits with the required quantity and ripeness level, maintaining stable factory operations.

• Documentation Preparation: Prepare necessary shipping documents, including Packing Lists, Invoices, and Phytosanitary Certificates.
• Production Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on productivity and production output to support management and production operations.
