• Received, verified, and issued the process traveling tags/ technical drawings to production stages on schedule, ensuring 100% compliance with the latest document versions.
• Handled weekly and monthly production plans for mass-product to secure monthly and quarterly shipment targets.
• Monitored daily production progress, WIP, and stock levels; proactively collaborated with production stages, QA, QC, and TE teams to promptly resolve issues affecting output while flexibly adjusting schedules to minimize machine downtime and product shortages.
• Periodically updated production capacity and quarterly input/output plans, effectively shared information to relevant departments.
• Prepared daily reports for upper management and cross-functional teams regarding Output-Shipment status, while monitoring WIP and throughput at bottleneck stages.

AIR FREIGHT INTERN at ITL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY (2024-05 – 2024-10)

• Reserve booking to airlines and send the booking confirmation to customer
• Track, trace shipment daily and keep update to client
• Work close with carrier to resolve any space problem if any
• Generate MAWB /HAWB /Manifest/ SID and also related documentation of airfreight shipment

• Issue debit note and push shippers/vendors for payment
