I am a dedicated lecturer in Hospitality and Tourism at FPT University Danang with several years of teaching and industry experience. In addition, I have experience as an online English teacher, helping learners improve their language skills through interactive methods, and as a Front Office staff at Minh Toàn Hotel, where I developed strong customer service and communication skills.
