Research Assistant

Predicting customer emotion about good quality 

Description: Identify the best model and use it to classify reviews and propose rating scores for comments.

Technology: Python, Machine learning, PhoBERT

Responsibilities

• Data crawling: used Shopee’s API to collect data from Shopee
• Preprocess data: handle missing values, duplicate comments, abbreviations, emojis, and tokenize.
• Exploratory data analysis (EDA): calculate the average number of words in comments, WordCloud frequently mentioned words.
• Perform sentiment analysis using machine learning (Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, SVM) and deep learning (CNN, Transformer with PhoBERT).

Achievement: Highest accuracy of 96.29 for the review classification and 75.62 for the rating score prediction
