• Receiving Tech pack from customer (Clarks, Pentland - Ellesse) with multi types of product (shoe, slide, sandal; etc)
• Closely working with all related department (Sample Room, Pattern team and other department to make brief to box (from to prototyping to commercialisation sample)
• Directly commnucating with customer counterpart via email & other application (MS team) or in person.
• Collecting issue and concern from manufacturing process, technical, material, design, color matching, etc.. with appropriate suggestion to make sure everything is sorted for the smooth process & bring the consistency with less potential risk for mass production.
• Willing to do innovation & cost-option for saving in need.
• Discussing/ Helping purchasing team to push supplier to avoid delayness and solve/communicate with supplier about material issue/ material lead time as well as developing new material ranging from shoe material to packaging following customer guidline/instruction of packaging & ready to discuss price if needed.
• Checking material report/PA/PPPA report to ensure everything is pass before hand-over date.
• Preparing all documents related to Product profile (Final spec, PPCs, Product Overview, PFCs..)
• Implementation RSL requirement of Brand to all related department (purchasing team) and provide factory material for RSL test with Brand Standard.
• Checking carefully commitment and material RSL test report from supplier to make sure they are meet with Brand RSL policy.
• Managing small team with 3 members for serving Ellesse Customer for footwear product such as Flip flop, Sandal & Slide.
• Advising team member to help them over-come issue.
• Checking team member product profile preparation & SOP.
• Tracking the sampling timeline & mould to make sure the sample to be sent on time and immediate report to customer in case there is any issue causing delays shipping date.
• Making innovation and open trainning course to help team member comprehend clearly process & rule of company as well as customer.
• Making debit note for dropped model, tooling ( Outsole Mold, Cutting Die)

• Receiving Tech pack from Adidas customer, specialising Soccer product with performance level.
• Building Bill of Material (BOM) on PDM & Origo system.
• Closely working with all related department (Sample Room, Pattern team and other department to make brief to box (from to prototyping to commercialisation sample)
• Directly commnucating with customer counterpart via email & other application (MS team) or in person.
• Collecting issue and concern from manufacturing process, technical, material, design, color matching, etc.. with appropriate suggestion to make sure everything is sorted for the smooth process & bring the consistency with less potential risk for mass production.
• Being Willing to do innovation & searching other approaches or material in case the FOB is exceed the target.
• Do Tier Labour Count in FCT system to make sure the correction in FOB & study special case in costing via costing flamework from customer.
• Discussing/ Helping purchasing team to push supplier to avoid delayness and solve/communicate with supplier about material issue/ material lead time as well as developing new material following customer request.
• Checking material report/FGT/CT/CMA/FT&WT report to ensure everything is pass before hand-over date.
