Enterprise Virtual Assistant Platform at Personal Project (2026-05 – 2026-08)

• Designed and built, as sole developer, a multi-tenant RAG platform that lets each enterprise query its own knowledge base through a virtual assistant.
• Implemented an Adaptive RAG pipeline with LangGraph (query rewriting, hybrid retrieval, reranking, response generation) using Qwen3 hosted on Ollama.
• Designed a Policy-Aware Retrieval Gate to enforce tenant isolation and document-level access control.
• Evaluated the pipeline: Recall@5 0.773, Context Precision 0.947, Answer Semantic Similarity 0.736, Faithfulness 0.776.
• Built the backend with FastAPI and PostgreSQL/pgvector and the frontend with React.

Generating Titles for Vietnamese News Articles at Research (2025-04 – 2025-10)

• Built a pipeline to process 1M+ article-headline pairs, retaining 350,000+ clean samples for training and evaluation.
• Fine-tuned BARTpho with supervised, preference-based, and instruction-based approaches, then compared their results.
• Created an LLM-generated instruction dataset to improve headline quality and controllability.
