Full Stack Developer

We empower manufacturing, industrial, and enterprise clients with custom web applications, AI-powered tools (including our proprietary empathetic enterprise CRM, Cura Hub), custom software, AI-driven marketing strategies, and scalable platforms that drive measurable growth in the fourth industrial revolution.

We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join us on a part-time, project-based basis, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role as our projects and team expand.

About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance web applications, SaaS platforms, and AI-integrated solutions that help industrial businesses scale efficiently. You'll work directly on client projects and our internal products (like Cura Hub), collaborating with our small, dynamic team to deliver elite, Fortune 500-quality digital experiences.

This is a flexible, remote-friendly opportunity ideal for an experienced developer seeking meaningful project work with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Build robust back-end services, APIs, and databases
• Integrate AI/ML features, third-party services, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech (e.g., Web3 elements where applicable)
• Collaborate on full product lifecycles: from requirements and architecture to deployment and iteration
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and ensuring security/best practices
• Help optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience in industrial contexts

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with React (or similar modern front-end frameworks like Next.js/Vue)
• Solid back-end experience with Node.js, Express, or similar
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB)
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (e.g., Vercel, Google Cloud, AWS)
• Understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, and modern development practices (Git, CI/CD, Docker basics)
• Ability to work independently on projects while communicating clearly
• Portfolio or examples of previous full-stack work (websites, SaaS apps, or AI-integrated tools preferred)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI integrations (e.g., Genkit, OpenAI APIs, or similar)
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, modern styling approaches
• Exposure to Web3/blockchain concepts or voice AI
• Previous work in SaaS, CRM, marketing tech, or industrial/enterprise software
