Full Stack Developer (React & Python) - Remote / Contract - R

Overview

Are you a passionate full stack developer ready to take on a key role in a high-impact, fully remote environment? We’re looking for a talented engineer with a strong track record of building scalable, user-centric applications to join our fast-growing team. In this role you’ll work across the stack – from intuitive, dynamic interfaces to robust backend systems – helping us deliver next-generation digital products in a fast-paced, Agile setting.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

• 4+ years of full stack development experience
• Ideally, experience in FinTech or other high-growth, rapid-iteration environments
• A natural fit for Agile teams who thrive in fast-paced, iterative cycles

Frontend Excellence

• Strong hands-on experience with React
• Experience with React Native for mobile development
• Exposure to GraphQL or other API query languages

Backend Expertise

Solid proficiency in Python

• Experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker)

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows
• Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL
