A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Java experience fighting real-world production battles

Strong command of Spring / Spring Boot and backend development

Solid understanding of object-oriented design, patterns, and best practices

Experience with databases, APIs, version control, and modern delivery pipelines A problem-solver’s mindset — calm, focused, and decisive under pressure
