Software Verification & QA Specialist

Are you an experienced Software Verification & QA Specialist ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role? We’re on the lookout for a technically strong professional with sharp problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality software.

In this role, you’ll combine analytical thinking with creativity, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key part in ensuring excellence across our products.

About the Role The primary focus of this role is to ensure the integrity and reliability of our customers' software through verification processes. This role involves analyzing technical documentation, executing successful software builds in various programming languages, and validating software functionality against specified requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting thorough testing of various scenarios, employing both manual and automated testing approaches. Your meticulous attention to detail will enable you to identify and report any bugs or glitches discovered during testing. The role also encompasses a variety of tasks in backend, frontend, and DevOps, making versatility and adaptability key traits for the successful candidate. What You’ll Be Doing

Software Verification

Conduct verification of customer software using provided technical documentation

Achieve software builds across various programming languages

Identify, diagnose, and resolve build issues, ensuring software meets quality standards

Quality Assurance & Testing

Conduct end-to-end testing of application features across multiple scenarios

Use both manual and automated testing methods to validate functionality

Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies to ensure a high-quality user experience

Technical Analysis and Problem Solving

Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to understand build processes and dependencies

Collaboration and Communication

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand requirements and provide updates

Continuous Learning and Improvement

Stay updated with emerging technologies and programming languages relevant to software verification

Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and practices

Additional Backend, Frontend, and DevOps Tasks

Assist in backend and frontend development tasks as required

3+ years development / DevOps experience

2+ years of experience with Linux, Windows and Mac environment fundamentals

Basic understanding of popular backend languages (Python, Java, NodeJS and PHP)

Prior experience or understanding of database- and server configuration (MongoDB, SQL, MySQL)

Prior experience or understanding of Git

Basic knowledge of front-end languages HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beneficial

Basic knowledge of AWS technologies beneficial

Basic knowledge of API configuration beneficial

Experience with various build tools, like (but not specifically) msbuild, webpack, maven, and others of the type beneficial Additional Requirements
