I am a graduate who hold a three-year Diploma in Public Affairs with TUT (Tshwane University of Technology), and who completed Advance Diploma in Public Affairs with TUT. I am a dedicated individual who is eager to learn, who is an initiator and can work individually and as part of a team. Work Integrated Learning (WIL) - Department of Agriculture, Land Reform & Rural Development

• Performance Management – Capturing of performance agreement, capturing and filing of mid-term and annual performance assessments of employees. Recording grade progression of employees. Assisting in inserting figures in excel for departmental expenditure that is used towards the expenditure report.
• Use of PERSAL System – Processing of pay progression, editing of performance assessments of employees in the system.
• Policy Management – Checking and analyzing circulars and policies for errors before sharing with employees.
• Records Management – Receival and checking of incoming and outgoing couriers from different provinces to ensure that they are addressed to the correct personnel, delivery address is correct and that parcels are calculated and written correctly on each parcel and recording of all incoming couriers and deliveries to the relevant departments.
• Postal Management - Capturing of incoming and outgoing couriers on the system and record management of employees utilizing the company vehicles.
