I have played a key role in implementing the Single Solution Platform in both the long term and short-terminsurance and implementation of the Financial Module andsystem upgrade projects. I have supported business stakeholders in mapping processes and delivering quality business requirement documentation. I have led a POPIA Compliance Project, I have managed project timelines and prepared Steer-co reports.
