I am a compassionate caregiver companion with experience working with elderly and children and serving chronically ill patient including assisting with daily living activities and household tasks.I hold an elderly care assistant certificate and with first aid .I aslo did voluntary work at an old age home to further my skills base and experience. My extensive experience has allowed me to develop substantial care giving skills and am therefore able to assist families with general care of their loved ones and those vulnerable (children &elders ).I posses good listening skill and i can work will in a team.I am very patient,kind and relate well with people. Voluntary caregiver at Jabulani old age home serving as a trusted companion for an elderly patients. Bathing and clothing of patients,taking patient for walks. Changing nappies,feeding those who needs help and assisting during toilet time.Making beds,moving patients from wheelchair to bed,guvung baths and foot massage,brushing teeth and hair,changing the frail patients side frequently.
Putting the patient on toilet pot. Administering medication as prescribed by doctor. Managing the schedule and keeping patient as active as possible.
