• Ensure the each package contains the correct items and quantities
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
• Verify the items match the order details and check expiry dates where applicable.
• Affix correct labels to packages, including product details and shipping information.
• Prepare and attach necessary documents such as packing slips and invoices.
• Assist in managing inventory levels by checking stock and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Keep track of packed orders and ensure that they are correctly recorded in the inventory system.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure safe handling and packing of products, especially pharmaceuticals.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and use appropriate protective equipment.
• Organize packed order for efficient storage and easy retrieval.
• Ensure that all products are stored in their designated areas and that storage conditions are maintained.
• Process returns and ensures that returned items are checked, restored, or disposed according to company policies.
