I am an eager final year Aeronautical Engineering student with a solid academic foundation and a keen interest in aerodynamics, structures and control systems. I'm looking for an opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, contribute to innovative projects, and grow within a dynamic engineering team.

Vacation Work and Internship at Pegasus UA (2024-08 – 2026-03)

Engaged in design and efficiency enhancement of propeller duct systems, development of quarter-scale aerospace model, and construction of electric aircraft fuselage.

• Initiated engagement with the Pegasus UA team during a vacation work placement, focusing on the design and efficiency enhancement of propeller duct systems. Successfully implemented design improvements that led to a significant increase in thrust output.
• Continued as an intern, playing a key role in the development and successful flight testing of a quarter-scale aerospace model. Responsibilities included extensive aerodynamic analysis using OpenFOAM for design optimization and collaborating on both the creation and manufacture of advanced composite components utilizing SolidWorks for flight-critical applications.
• Another responsibility as an intern was to help construct the fuselage for a demonstrator electric aircraft which was constructed from multiple layers of glass reinforced plastic composite materials.

Vacation Work at Incodev Systems Engineering (2022-06 – 2022-12)

Assisted with systems engineering diagnostic tools and created a receiver for Controller Area Network signals.

• I was able to help the team with their systems engineering diagnostic tools.
• Created a receiver for Controller Area Network (CAN) signals using a raspberry pi pico and a CAN HAT. As part of the vacation work I was required to create a blog post which can be found here.
