I am Adhil Ramnath, a profoundly Deaf individual who matriculated in 2004 at The VN Naik School for the Deaf and graduated at Durban University of Technology with a Diploma of Information Technology in 2008 with two distinctions. 

Experienced in IT field.

1.Create new client database 

2.Add new client information records

Extensions/Pins Update Setup; 

Run clients’ monthly end reports; 

Backup client database; 

Modify/Update/delete clients/users records from exist client database; 

Run SQL jobs (Depends on request); 

Customer Support gets queries customer so CS log from CRM for us and many more.
